We launch from Lakeview Ramp, General Burnside Island, and Waitsboro Ramp.
This is a seasonal business that necessitates a very firm cancellation policy.
- Arrival & Launch Policy
- Please call 24 hours in advance to confirm your exact launch time and location.
- On the day of your rental, launch times are scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
- If you do not arrive within one hour of your confirmed launch time, your reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
Late arrivals will not receive an extended rental period or a refund. - Return Time
All rentals must be returned by 7:00 p.m. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation to be eligible for a refund.
